Participants of the Days of Russian Spiritual Culture in Bosnia and Herzegovina learned about the temples of Vologda Region.

The Days of Spiritual Culture of Russia were held on November 21-23 in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Spiritual ties play a big role in bringing the Balkan and Russian peoples together.

The Days of Russian Spiritual Culture in Bosnia and Herzegovina were organised by the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation in accordance with the instructions of Russia’s President and the Government of the Russian Federation. Within the framework of the Days of Russia, the richness and diversity of Russian culture were demonstrated to the residents of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The Vologda Region was represented by Mikhail Sharomazov, Director General of the Kirillo-Belozersky Museum-Reserve. Mikhail Sharomazov told the participants of the Days of Russian Spiritual Culture in Bosnia and Herzegovina about the museum and ensembles of the Kirillo-Belozersky and Ferapontov monasteries, main sights of the Vologda Region.

The Days of Russian Spiritual Culture help to deepen interaction between the countries and develop cultural and spiritual ties.
