On September 12 elected Governor Georgy Filimonov presented Vologda’s residents with awards.

The elected Governor of the Vologda Region took part in a solemn event dedicated to the Forest Workers Day.

Forest Workers Day is celebrated not only by the specialists of forest industry and people working at the timber, woodworking, pulp and paper enterprises, but also by those who preserve and enhance the natural resources of the Vologda Region.

The award ceremony took place in Vologda on September 12 at the Vologda Region Government.

Mr. Filimonov presented medals and honorary title certificates to outstanding Vologda's residents for their tangible contribution to timber industry development.
