September 1st is a special holiday. It brings us back to childhood, it is the beginning of a new journey to the Land of Knowledge. All of us keep bright memories of school friends, wise teachers and interesting subjects.
This day has a festive and exciting atmosphere not only for the students, but for the teachers as well. A special role belongs to the teachers who bring up and educate children.
The new school meets all modern requirements. The school facilities include a brand-new building, a gym, a play area, a library, an art class, a shooting range and a ski base.
Nearly all the construction has been funded by a RUR 650 million subsidy from the federal budget, approved by the Russian Ministry of Education and Science. About RUR 350 million were allocated from the regional budget. The subsidy was aimed at expanding capacity to meet growing enrollment in Cherepovets City. The new school provided school places for nearly 2,000 pupils.
