Georgy Filimonov discussed the development of Vologda Region's sports infrastructure with the Minister of Sports of the Russian Federation.

Georgy Filimonov discussed the development of Vologda Region's sports infrastructure with the Minister of Sports of the Russian Federation.

The elected Governor met with Minister of Sports of the Russian Federation Mikhail Degtyarev.

"We discussed the development of the sports infrastructure of the Vologda Region. The Vologda Region's authorities submitted an application for the construction of five smart stadiums and three modular gyms for 2025-2026," said Georgy Filimonov.

Large-scale sports events and construction of new sports infrastructure facilities are planned in the Vologda Region next year.
