Georgy Filimonov and Dmitry Patrushev discussed the turnover of mineral fertilizers and the issue of reducing export duties.

Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Patrushev held an extended meeting on the production and regulation of mineral fertilizers turnover at PhosAgro, Cherepovets-based chemical cluster. The top leadership of the Russian Association of Fertilizer Producers and heads of companies took part in the meeting.
"The meeting focused on the production of mineral fertilizers and reduction of export duties. We talked about the turnover of mineral fertilizers, the security of the agro-industrial complex, and the updating of the plan to increase the purchase of fertilizers by the subjects of Russia," said the elected Governor of the Vologda Region Georgy Filimonov.
According to the plan, by 2025 it is planned to increase the volume of fertilizer purchases in the Vologda Region up to 41.8 thousand tons, by 2030 – up to 52 thousand tons.
PhosAgro Group takes the most active part in supplying agricultural producers of the region with modern mineral fertilizers. Earlier, the company and the Vologda Region Government signed an agreement on bilateral cooperation.
