Coronavirus: a high-alert status due to the continuing spread of COVID-19 will last in Vologda Region until January 15.

On November 30th, chairman of the Vologda Oblast Government Anton Koltsov held a meeting of the Emergency Headquarters for Infection Control in the region and briefed on the current situation at the health care facilities.

The Vologda Region Government takes all possible measures aimed to contain the spread of coronavirus infection.

During the meeting, the local government members discussed preventive measures amid coronavirus pandemic.

The Vologda Region Government allows theaters, cinemas, museums and galleries to operate up to 75% of normal capacity.

Since November 1, the authorities of the Vologda Region has introduced QR-code system and new restrictions- only holders of QR-codes are able to enter public catering establishments, cultural institutions and sports centres.

Free voluntary vaccination campaign against the coronavirus infection is going on in the Vologda Region.
