Vologda’s museums are offering its residents free access to all permanent exhibits on February 17.

Every 3rd Wednesday of the month, exhibition halls and galleries are free of charge in the Vologda Region. The museum admission is free for Vologda’s schoolchildren and students and residents of the region. Entry to the permanent collections of the Vologda State Museum-Preserve and Vologda Picture Gallery is free; while charges may apply for special exhibitions.
On February 17th the residents of the region can enjoy the best of Vologda's culture completely free. They can retrace the history of humankind through the Vologda State Museum’s amazing collection of artefacts, explore the stunning art gallery and historic houses.
