A new child care centre will open in Vologda offering about 350 places and some exciting innovations.
The new centre is in addition to three that opened lately and at least four more under construction. It will help to settle the problem of a lack of kindergarten places in the city.
According to Vologda Region Governor, demand is highest for care for children aged two to three.
The new 3-storey day care centre will become home for several groups of kids from eighteen months and six years of age. The new kindergarten is accommodated with musical and sports halls, sports grounds, and a swimming pool.
Children at the centre will also be exposed to new technology including laptops and interactive boards.
The centre will provide qualified, experienced and dedicated early childhood teachers and educators. The educators will work collaboratively and reflectively with children and families to ensure the program goals support each child’s learning and development need.
