On December 12th Russia is celebrating Constitution Day.
The Constitution is the main law of the state that provides political stability and the key point to a decent life and development of society. Human rights and freedoms are proclaimed as the highest values of the Constitution of the Russian Federation.
Our Constitution is a solid legal basis for democratic development of the state, the basis for the future development of the country, implementation of effective social policy and protection of the rights of every Russian citizen.
