Vologda Region Governor approves plans to open industrial enterprises in the region. This issue will be in the highlight of a meeting of the Emergency Headquarters for Infection Control in the Vologda Region on June 8th.
Major enterprises of the Vologda Region started returning to work after a mandatory shutdown and beauty salons, car washes, and other small- and medium-sized businesses began reopening on June 2nd.
The number of hospitalized patients is decreasing day by day, and the number of recovered patients is growing. For the last few days, Vologda’s incidence rate of COVID-19 was one of the lowest in the country. That is why the Vologda Region Governor supported plans to open industrial enterprises and other facilities in the region after June 2nd.

Facilities that are reopening will follow specific social distancing and sanitization requirements in accordance with the recommendations of Rospotrebnadzor.
